At onetwo we aim to help our clients reach fitness and health goals with an added twist. Working out can become boring and as a result people may find themselves quitting, therefore as fans of boxing, we came up with specific workouts which help our clients achieve whatever their goal may be by incorporating boxing into the workouts. Adding this twist makes the workouts fun and the clients are also able to acquire a new skill at the same time as achieving their health and fitness goals.
