Need a quick and effective workout?
Our HIIT sessions last 30 minutes and consist of high intensity interval training where 40 seconds of workout is followed by 20 seconds of rest. If a quick calorie burner is what you're after, these are the classes for you. Our on screen countdown helps give you the extra push for each exercise.

Stretch and flexibility is important to assist you with any kind of sport. To help you along with your fitness journey, stretch classes are available to help improve your flexibility and keeping those muscles strong and healthy. These classes are an hour long and target all parts of the body.
