Personal training sessions will be tailored around the client and their specific goals. These sessions can be done on a 1-1, 2-1 or 3-1 basis. Using boxing technique, you will work on fitness and fat burning to assist you in achieving your goals.
1-2-1s - £30 per session
2-2-1s - £35 per session (£17.50 per person)
3-2-1s - £39 per session (£13 per person)
Personal training sessions are booked as and when requested. Sessions are available 7 days a week, from 6am to 9pm. Contact us to check availability.
